if you smoke, then you have been ‘conned’ into believing that smoking is an addiction, and if you ‘believe’ that you are addicted then obviously it will make it seem that more difficult to quit!...
However, here is the GOOD NEWS…Smoking cigarettes is just a habit and that’s all it ever was, is, or could be!
Why smoking cigarettes is NOT an addiction...Let me explain… If you are addicted to something you need to want more of what you’re addicted to...Does this make sense?...If so...then how come smokers reach a ‘happy number of cigarettes’ they smoke a day? For example, some smoke 5 to 10 a day! others smoke 20 a day! And a few smoke 40 to 60 a day!...BUT, when was the last time you met anyone who smoked 100 to 200 a day?...The answer is...NEVER! and you never will!...but, Why is this?...
It’s simple, when you smoke, your body regulates the amount of toxins it can handle in one day...it controls how many cigarettes you smoke, this is known as your ‘comfort factor.’ And yes, now and again you may find that your daily intake rises i.e. during in times of stress...but, when it passes you always go back to your usual daily intake! Can you see that if you were truly an ‘addict’ you would need to smoke more and more to continue to gain any enjoyment from it...that’s the true definition of addiction...also when was the last time you heard of anyone overdosing on cigarettes?...The answer is...Never!
So, you can clearly see that smoking is just a habit, and habits can be changed very, very easily with the power of hypnosis!

The New Scientist Magazine published the results of an extensive clinical study covering almost 72,000 people on the most effective smoking cessation methods.
And here is what they discovered:
